Caring 4 Kids Kindergarten Commitment to Preventative Mental Health

Caring 4 Kids Kindergarten understands the importance of early intervention and trauma-informed care. To ensure children, families, and educators have the support they need, Caring 4 Kids Kindergarten has invested in preventative mental health by having an in-house wellness facilitator, Tiff, onsite.

As a highly qualified counsellor with expertise in trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and EMDR therapy, Tiff provides professional guidance to help children navigate emotional challenges, supports parents in fostering secure relationships, and empowers educators with strategies to create emotionally safe learning environments. By integrating mental health support into daily practice, Caring 4 Kids Kindergarten is setting a new standard in early childhood education—one where emotional wellbeing is prioritised alongside learning and development.

Investing in Preventative Mental Health

Preventative mental health care is not just beneficial—it is essential. Supporting children in their earliest years lays the foundation for lifelong wellbeing. By embedding trauma-informed, evidence-based practices into early childhood education, we can break cycles of adversity and create stronger, healthier communities.

By prioritising early intervention, educators and caregivers have the power to shape a future where every child has the tools to thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. The opportunity to make a lasting impact begins in early childhood settings, and Caring 4 Kids Kindergarten is leading the way.

Private Counselling for Children and Adults

In my private practice, I offer therapy for clients of all ages—from young children to adults. I support people to make sense of their experiences and let go of limiting beliefs that may have formed during tough times. Using a mix of EMDR and talk therapy, we work through things like trauma, anxiety, and self-doubt, building resilience and creating space for clients to live more connected, fulfilling lives.

Early Childhood Consultancy for Preventative Mental Health

My personal passion is preventative mental health. Early intervention can make all the difference. My consultancy services are designed for early childhood educators and centres, equipping them with trauma-informed, attachment-based approaches to foster resilience in young children. I offer training and psychoeducation for educators and families, aimed at creating environments where children can develop the skills they need to navigate life’s challenges. This work is driven by a belief in preventative mental health and the opportunity to help children and communities thrive.

Parent and Family Support

Supporting families is essential to creating healthy relationships and nurturing resilience. I offer counselling that helps families and parents develop strong, supportive connections, creating a foundation for children’s emotional wellbeing. With a focus on attachment theory, I work with parents to build secure bonds with their children, fostering an environment of trust, security, and growth.
